Pajamas- day versus night
Pajamas in the time of Covid-19. My boyfriend asked before we went to bed. “Are you putting on different pajamas?” And I responded, “Yes, because these are the nighttime ones.”

I sing to my cats. And sometimes there’s dancing and arm movements involved. Tonight’s performance for them was about scooping out their litter box. I’m not a good singer and the lyrics were questionable given the content and I also made a pivot to doing dishes. But I’m pretty sure that they didn’t catch the non-sequitur because they’re cats. And my singing voice is the only one they have heard, so they have no way to gauge quality. In short, I killed it! Mannie Bone chimed in with her Squawks and Dunky Stone sat captivated on the chair cause she’s fat!
Now all I need is for them to get the word out! I’m learning that word of mouth is the best way to success. I will start with placing them in the building hallway because my neighbor always let his cat, Socks out there. Then I will move them to the 7th Floor where I know Lauren lives and has a cat. Then I will have an audience of 4 cats. And from there I think things will go viral in the building because my gut is that we have a lot of cat owners.
Next, the dogs will get wind of all of this and get jealous. So, I can offer a bit for the dogs making fun of their parents and their poop bags and a song like, “I can’t speak but I have never wanted to wear this sweater.”
